Make yourself a priority, own your intentions, expect positive results, improve your health, enjoy the journey.
“Aging is inevitable but aging poorly is not.” – Ariana Huffington
I’ll be direct: women’s health is greatly overlooked and we need to stop allowing the talk of menopause and aging to be a taboo topic. There are many aspects to women’s health as we age that are brushed under the rug.
Are you over 30 and experiencing unexplained weight gain or joint pain? Brain fog? Feeling “off” or not like yourself for no explained reason? Don’t enjoy the things you used to? Have feelings (or worsening of symptoms) of anxiety or depression on the second half of your menstrual cycle? Heart palpitations? Unusual mood swings, hot flashes or night sweats?
Perimenopause could be the culprit. Already past menopause and still feeling like you aren’t yourself? There are ways to boost your health by making small changes. That’s it, no big overhaul. Just little steps that add up to big results.
Guidance is important to release both physical and mental weight, to better manage perimenopause and postmenopause symptoms, anxiety, depression, diabetes or high cholesterol. What if you receive deeper support to work towards optimal health? What would happen if you work with someone who takes into account your entire beingโyour habits, passions, history, and the foods and activities that energize youโwhile serving as a consistent accountability partner and so much more.
Our bodies need 90 days to fully adjust to new lifestyle or habit changes so short-term diets are not good for long-term health. Working with me, youโll be encouraged to extend grace to yourself. Our sessions will be tailored to your needs, providing peace of mind knowing that striving for perfection isnโt the goal. But rather, a happy and healthy lifestyle that will last.
Consider these questions:
What is good health to you at this point in your life?
You have your own unique perspective on health. Did you feel wonderful at one point in your life but as time goes on, you don’t feel like yourself anymore? When you envision yourself at your healthiest, what comes to mind? Is it slipping into that outfit you cherished from years ago? Experiencing the freedom to enjoy food without guilt? Discovering how to make nourishing choices that resonate with you? Maybe itโs the ability to ride your bike again, the exhilaration of running, or successfully achieving and maintaining your weight loss. Maybe it’s simply finding joy again. Whatever it is, itโs important to acknowledge that your journey is unique and valid.
How do you achieve optimal health?
Our bodies begin to change as we get older and begin perimenopause into menopause. The knowledge about what happens during this time seems to be a mystery which is where I come in. The estrogen we’ve relied on our entire lives begins to decline but then what do we do? Achieving good health is entirely within your reach and it begins with food and movement. If you’re striving to be health-conscious and not seeing lasting results, it’s time to take action. Optimal health is achieved by making consistent, empowered, informed choices. Reducing inflammation and improving gut health will drive your overall wellbeing. Consuming nourishing foods daily, committing to purposeful movement, learning that your health care is self care and to give yourself some grace โall these things lead to a vibrant, healthy life at any age.
What is stopping you from reaching your goals?
Is a lack of accountability missing in your health journey? Are you unsure what foods are actually good for your unique self? Maybe you have a hidden vitamin or mineral deficiency or an intolerance to a certain food group. Grocery shopping for nutritious options might seem daunting at times. Late-night habits can sometimes add up, making you feel worse than you realize. Remember, itโs important to prioritize your health; you deserve to feel your best.

What Others Are Saying:
” I would recommend Anne to anyone who is looking to make a change for the better. For weight management or not. I think it would be good for people to have a better understanding of what they are putting in their bodies and how it makes them feel. Having a hyper awareness of how things truly
make you feel is a challenge but Anne helps you through that by
educating and advocating.”
– Mollie S.
” I would like to talk to those of you that are unsure if a nutritionist is for you. If you are at a point in your life where you need to change the way you are eating, whether its for health reasons, or because you want to not only feel better, but look better, I highly recommend Anne to set you on that path. I knew nothing about what foods I should be eating or how certain foods affect the body, until I worked with Anne. I have a much better knowledge and understanding of food and have learned so much.
You deserve to feel and look your best, and most importantly, to take care of your body so it can take care of you.”
-Kathy M.
“My top goals when starting this program were to get my glucose level back to “normal,” look and feel healthier, sleep better. Anne was able to help me reach theses goals through an elimination diet, providing healthy alternatives and recipes, and specific health info related to my health issues. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program is I’ve lost 12 lbs and plan to keep going.“
